The Arlington Colt Football Booster Club’s sole purpose is to support our young student-athletes participating in the Arlington Colt Football program.  With our members’ assistance, we help make the vision of what a strong program looks like a reality.  We are led by a Board of Directors that oversees the activities that our players, parents, and coaching staff need to invest back into the current teams/coaches, past players/coaches, and future participants.  We also coordinate with other booster clubs within AHS to strengthen the entire school and Colt Alumni base. 

 

Volunteers are the heart of our organization, and every parent/member is invited and needed.  As the saying goes, many hands make light tasks, a little help from a bunch of loving family members goes a long way.

 

An example of a few ways to quickly get involved include:

• Game day concession stands at AHS for the Freshman and JV games.  This is one of the best ways for new members to meet other families and see a ton of excited, and hungry, kids each game.

• Locker room decorations.  Freshman, JV, and Varsity team leader to coordinate game-day spirit and other activities with other members that have kids on the same team.

• Program sales at the Varsity game before the game begins.

• Special event support throughout the year.  These include the hamburger supper, Big Colt Little Colt, Green White Scrimmage, and Bowling Tournament.

 

When you join, tell us about your skills and interests and we will find the perfect spot. For example, accounting, construction, legal, photography, electrical, maintenance, event planning, sales - please tell us and allow us to call on your expertise.
